This is a 50'X10' fully serviced rental unit on a private lot. The interior is finished in pine boards and furnished with 2 single beds, 4 double bunk beds and a double pullout couch all with comfortable mattresses. Other furnishings include a table and chairs, fire extinguisher and smoke detector, fridge, stove microwave and coffee maker, TV and DVD. All bed linens, towels, and kitchen utensils are supplied. The unit is serviced with running cold and hot well water, 40A. of hydro, supplementary heating and satellite hookup. Outside there is a walk-around deck with patio set and exterior lighting, a picnic table and fire pit.
